A spray nozzle capable of injecting a very small flow. It can be disassembled for cleaning.

The nozzle allows for the creation of a fine and soft spray with small particles, achieving a fine particle diameter. It has a built-in clogging prevention filter. It can be disassembled for cleaning, and the nozzle tip can be replaced as well. There is also a type that has a built-in check valve in the main body of the nozzle, which helps to suppress the discharge of residual liquid when turned off. It is widely used for applying deodorants, chemicals, rolling oils, rust preventives, and for cleaning purposes.

PVDF-made air atomizing nozzle

Can be used with acidic and alkaline solutions. Achieves a maximum operating temperature of 93°C.
